Nano ceramic plus pigment films
Our infusion nano ceramic plus pigment films are made by infusion nano ceramic (PET) film coated with fine nano-sized pigment particles which are blended into our adhesive by the addition of pigment binder and dispersion agents. This results in fine coated films with coherent structures of pigment and adhesive bonded together. These type of pigments films are more durable than the normal organic dye coated films. The pigments are made of inorganic compounds, hence they have the ability to reduce heat and have lower haze levels which are similar to dyed window films. The pigment films made using this method have outstanding light stability for a long period of time.

Product structure
Our infusion nano ceramic plus pigment window films are made from polyster (PET) with the highest optical grade coated with ultrafine inorganic pigments. Pigments used are derived from inorganic material such as carbon black, manganese ferrite, chromium iron oxide, nickel, antimony, titanium etc. These pigments perform better than conventional organic dyes, because they are stable when exposed to the sunlight. This bring better durability and long-lasting performance.
